PCC from India! How soon to apply?

Hi,

My I140 was approved recently and was sent to NVC. Assuming that it takes around 6 months for an interview date in Chennai, when do I start collecting PCC's, Tax transcripts for myself and my spouse?

I will be getting the PCC from the RPO in Bangalore, but my indian passport was issued in US. Will there be any problem in getting the pcc?

it will take 30 days if the passport was issued in us.. But if you pay money you will get in 3 days
