PCC from CGNY in one day

Hey,
   I just called the CGNY and a lady there told me that I can get my PCC in one day as my Passport was issued in New York. Does anyone know if this is true?

Yes!! Thats absolutely right...if your passport was issued from india then it takes around 40 days..
