PBEC - Did anyone NOT get their 45 Day Letters?

Hi

My Case Status on the Labor Website say's -- INPROCESS
But I never recieved any 45 Day Letter from PBEC.

My Lawyer says -- that this is just fine. Is it true? Any Experiences / Concerns for the future that i should be aware of?

Did everyone atleast get their 45 Day Letters?

You will be fine, if your status is in process means that they have your case
else the case would have died out automatically and if you had atleast a 1 year H1 extension then it is guaranteed that your case is fine.
