paystubs during i-140

Hello
I wanted to find out if pay-stubs are needed at some particular point during the I-140 or throughout that.I have applied for GC with company A,another company B wants to hire me now.My labor should clear within the next 4-5 months.
My company A is telling me that moving over is ok,but it's a risk due to the paystubs issue during 2nd and 3rd stage.
Any advice would be appreciated at the earliest.

As far as I remember - My attorney requested 3 months paystub and my last 2 years W2 when he did concurent filing for me back in April 2003.

I would suggest you to have a chat with your attorney before making any decisions.
