paystub RFE questions

In my case, my employing co. has been delaying payments(salaries etc) by about 5 months. (I last got paid a month back for my April ;-( )

What happens if I get an RFE (which seems to be the norm) and I've to show the last 2/3 paystubs? Will not having paystubs from july-aug-sept cause any hiccups? Or worse?

I can definitely get a letter (EVL I guess) to prove that the current job (& the future offer) is still valid.

Also, while adjudicating the 485 case, does INS require a "proof" of financial stability of the company?

TIA.

These are theoretical questions you've asked.

If someone were to try an answer

1) Yes whenever they ask for it you will need to show last 2-3 months salary.(Unless asked a blank before that should not affect).

2) Theoretically financial stability is required but only if asked.

Depending on you WAC number ask the employer to pay you for the 3 months relevant. There are vaious other options too.
