Paystub Question

Can a paystub of amount lesser than the normal salary create problems. Does INS gets informed about it by some means ( IRS etc).

I have a scenario where I might get less amount for a month than will resume to normal salary.How would it affect , would there be an RFE.

Your employer is required to pay you

same amount as mentioned in your LC, or "normal salary" as you mentioned it, ONLY upon a GC aproval so any paycut while AOS is pending will have no effect on your 485 approval. However, if you are getting signicantly lower salary continuosly, then INS may question the "intent of your employer". Its hard to tell if INS and IRS are exchanging any data in between them.
