My paystubs mention number of days worked and daily rate
(as opposed to #hours and hourly rate).
The heading of the columns are however #hours and rate.
e.g.
Hours Rate Amount
10 xxx xxxx
In case of an RFE, will this be a problem assuming that INS adjudicators are stupid enough not to realise that the hourly rate cannot be as high as the rate mentioned in the paystub and it has to be a daily rate ?
I want to pre-empt this problem, but my consulting company won't change #days into #hours.
Any suggestions from anybody will be much appreciated.
