DOS sent me back my package of my waiver saying that the check I have sent it was insufficient, I guess due to the fact that when they deposit the check, the bank charge some fees to them. So, the real amount that they receive is a bit lower than $215. I tried to send the money by a money order (Western Union and Money Gram), but they told me that you need to send the money to a person, not an institution (it's impossible to send it to an institution). So, how did you guys send the money to them? given that either by the money order or by the check impossible. It's impossible to send a check with the right amount given that I don't know how much their bank charge to them, and if I send a check with too much money they will refuse again my application due to over payment. I am not in US right now, so maybe the money orders and checks work different in US.
