Is it true that employers are not allowed to request that you pay them back for (part) of the filing costs for an H1B if you leave that job? I haven't been able to find any articles indicating that this is a law and that employers cannot do such thing.
This is not my current situation, but I'm wondering if I would have to pay my employer back if left my current job (software engineering) for another H1B job. They paid for everything (obviously), including premium processing.
