Pay Stubs ?

Hi Folks,

   I just completed 180 days from RD and also done with the fingerprinting. I will have no pay from tomorrow. I am looking out for a new job very actively with the EAD. You know things are pretty slow with this market.

  My employer will give me employment letter and I am sure I will be able to provide W2\'s. But what are the options if INS asks for pay stubs. All my vacation time is over, my pay stubs would show 0 earnings. Please let me know what options I have incase of a query for pay stubs.

You\'d have to find a job soon.

Most likely they\'d ask for last three months paystubs and employment letter just before the final adjuncation. You\'d have to provide them at that time. Just make sure that you have them at that time. Also, it is possible, that they may not ask for anything and approve your case without RFE. Goodluck !!
