I am on H1b. My H1b application shows 56K. But my employer is paying me 42K. Meaning...
Only 42K shows in my pay stubs
Plus company pays for Health Insurance 3000 Per Year
Plus company pays Car Payment 8000 Per Year
Plus company pays Car Insurance 2500 Per Year
Total Comes to $55,500
I am having all the proof which company pays for my other expenses.
Can I do like this? Will it be a problem if I go for stamping or H1b transfer.
Please advice me.
