Below are my details:

I 140 approved Feb 01 2006
Edu: MS + 2 yrs experience
salary 90k per annum
I met the EB 2 req for PERM and got my labor approved under PERM.My question is when i file for 485 (i'm expecting my PD to be current in another 2 years) r they going ask for my W-2's for last few years and pay stubs.The reason for this question is in 2005 i made 90k salary and got my 140 approved.But i'm not sure i wud be making that salary for 2006 and 2007 as i work as consultant.
FBI name check: I have been questioned by FBI twice when i was student.They have all my details.After 9/11 i went to NYC along with my 10 friends and took pictures in city so FBI questioned for that reason.But every thing was cleared.
Another time it was in Texas when we went to visit a port.They questioned us and took all our details and later came to our apartments and searched.Every thing was cleared.My school authorities knew about this incidents they said there is nothing serious about it.
Now my concern is during 485 process r they going to create any problems.This kind of incidents happened a lot after 9/11 with students.
Any help in this matter is appreciated.
