I have a very urgent query. Please help me outa here.
Person X had come to US only 1.5 months ago. X came on a H1B visa of a recruiting company C1. And in the one and a half month he was on bench with this recruiting company.
now X has an offer from a compnay C2, and they require a visa tranfer.
Now my simply question is - does X really need pay stubs from C1 for this 1.5 months? Is there a way out without the pay stubs? Can only one pay stub(for a fortnight) do?
Or any other suggestion?
