Pay stub needed for H1 transfer with in 20 days???

As i recived my SSN number 20 days ago and i want to transfer my h1B to another company from the present one. Do i require any pay stubs as i am very new at US. and not yet on job, so can i transfer my H1 without pay stubs.
As i heard that while transfering the H1 with in 3 month no need of any pay stub

I don't know where you heard that ..... you need pay stubs to transfer your H1.
If you are not getting paid now, you are most likely in violation of your H status.

Your transfer application can trigger an inquiry and they can look into your case and determine that you've been out of status since you entered .... consequences could be bad.
Pls consult with a good immigration attorney before you do anything.
