I need some info here. I am on H1B since April 2004 and I was working previously on my OPT. I have a strange pay stub issue. There was a payroll error onn my May pay stub. I did not get pay stub for the period 05/01/04 - 05/15/04 but have 2 pay stubs for the period 05/16/04 - 05/30/04 with different amounts deposited. That was actually an error by the payroll department, it happened to all the employees in the company. I spoke to my employer and they said they will give me a letter saying that it was a payroll error. Will this be sufficient when I go for stamping? Also my bank transactions show the amount getting deposited on 05/14/04 and 05/28/04.
