Pay roll status

I am waiting for my priority date to file the I-485. In the mean time, my company changed my pay roll status from exempt (salaries) to on exempt (hourly). But the salary rate is the same.

Will this cause any problem ?

No, as long as you still with the company as an employee (either hourly or salary), that\'s all that matters.

No problem as long as you are working with the same company, as when you get W2, it does not show that you worked hourly or fulltime and it just shows that how much was your salary/earnings.
