Currently work in Oegon for NJ based company
My labour for NJ was just approved last month and plan to put in the I-140 under premium process to avail of the 3 year extension. My 2 major problems are
1. Labour was applied in NJ in 2003. I moved to Oregon in 2004 due to work and medical reasons and still work here. I am still on my NJ based company payroll and I pay my Oregon State taxes.
2. My Labour was filed in 2003 for $55k, however in 2004 my W2 was 48k. (due to time off for medical reasons where relevant medical documents are available). However all the other W2's or equal or more.
Does anyone forsee any complications with the above case or can suggest some preventive measures. Any help could be appreciated.
