Pattern in RFE recvd -> Approval

Having seen some of the recent approvals, I think there's a pattern in the time period between RFE received to Approved:

That time duration is either 2 weeks or less or 3 months for more.. I don't think there are any approvals like 1 month after INS received response to RFE etc.

Do people generally agree with that?

One data pt in favor of your theory

I'm past 60 days from FRE response received :-(

RFE Rcvd: 11/13/2003

HowMuchLonger, If you follow Hindi:

" aap katar meiy heiy, krupya pratiksha kijiye"

:)

I am past 80 days from RFE response recvd. and am WAC 02 043... So just hang in tight man... Let the senior get due justice first ;)

Attached is the list of the approvals after RFE recvd from 11/02/03 to 1/18/04, based on Kashmir's Report. It looks very bad for those who have been waiting over 60 days.
:( :( :(

Holy F***. You scare the shit out of me now.. THis spreadsheet has Move back to homeland written all over it for me....

After 60 days it jumps to 90 days and then to 120+ days...

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Sorry, had to post it here, cause I just couldn't take it alone. Please think about some strategies after calm yourself down. May be I should email the spreadsheet to my lawyer and ask her to come out with something....

86% is 4 months or less

One way of looking at this data is that in (258/300) 86% of the cases it took 4 months or less.... so I guess I woudn't panic until we exceed the 120-days after RFE threshold.
