Patronising IIO`s

Called IIO about the fate of my I-140 as it was initially sent to my home country and also if they have received my FP.

Was told off in a most patronising way that they cannot give out such info on a single phone call and also that I should not worry about these issues as its their job.
End of conversation.

What a pleasant way to start my day !!!

Sorry to hear the way they are patronizing you. Frankly from almost everyone's experiences on the thread you will read that it is futile to even call them. Just got to sit tight; and hang on. No point running yourself over, just not worth it all. Do like what my lawyer tells me, go pop a happy pill and chill out... :D

they attend some advance courses on customer service how not divulge any information while talking to customers.

I think they are trained to discourage us not to call again. let us not call them again any more. So there will be no customer call and no need of service and eventually all will be fired. how is that.

just a weekend thought :)

My mistake

It was my mistake calling the INS should have known better. INS customer service should probably be renamed as insult service. The worst part is that we really have no recourse.
I have decided not to call IIO again at all. Will try to have the lawyer or the senators office contact them in future.
Untill then take a happy pill !!!
