PatienceGC, I think the I140 revoke etc are from the audit.

If you do not get that in Oct. you should be ok.

The revokes I knew all happened during Oct, which is the audit month,they have to have some figure to show the audit is one of their processes.

Any opinions?

BTW. One of my colleague got approved on Nov 1st.

I am not so sure

I think its more like some rookie trying his/her best to go thru ALL the stuff before making a decision and is unneccesarily revoking previous approvals. He/she may have seen/inferred some clause that specifies a reject criteria. I am sure that approval will be upheld but I was more concerned with the interim status of the applicant.

The audit was probably to see where they stand from an efficiency/process perspective rather than from a legal perspective.

This is just my opinion and I am sticking to it.

In my case the notice was mailed in august and was returned undeliverable as INS made mistakes on the address ( Changed city between my lawyer and my company)

So it started even before audit.
