In October 2014, I changed my wife’s status from H-4 to H-1B. She worked for some months, and later we had some issues with the employer. Then, I changed her status back to H-4. (receipt date October 2015) .However, we are not sure when the employer revoked or withdrew the H-1B petition. (Some issues with paystubs and W2 also)
Since then, we have had more than three H-4 extensions, and she also obtained an H-4 visa stamp.
. Given that her H-4 extensions were approved and she currently has a valid H-4 visa stamp, would there be any issue if she travels to India now or applies for an extension of H1B?
