Went to Dallas Office this morning at 9 am and was out by 11.
Officer was a Desi man. He took all our (wife's and mine) EAD's and Advance Paroles(expired and current dating from 3 yrs ago). Also I had been using my parents address for all INS related applications from H1 onwards even though I moved twice in Dallas. My parents stay in the same city. I did file AR-11 both times but only to the DOJ but didn't file for TSC. My attorney advised that AR-11 to DOJ was sufficient and not required for TSC since TSC only cares that you recieve the receipts and notices. At the time of filling up the Form for actual GC I explained this to the officer and he allowed me to use my address instead of my parents which was on the approval notices.
