I have received the Notice of Action (approval of L1B) from the US office for the L1-B petition filed. My Notice of Action is valid from July 1st 2006 to June 30th 2009.
My Interview with the Consulate is on July 19th 2006 in Dubai. Please answer the following query :
My Passport is expiring in July 2007 next year. Can I go with this passport for the Interview and visa stamping ?? Because as per the Instructions of the Lawyer, it states "“each applicant must present a passport valid for atleast six months beyond the expiration date noted on the Notice of Action, June 30, 2009”.
Looking for a quick word from anybody.
