Passport Stamping

My fried\'s 485 along with his family has been approved.
Problem is when he renewed his H1, the H4 for his wife and kids was not renewed. It was renewed at a later date. That means that there is 4 months gap between the original H4 and the new H4. Will that be a problem during the time of stamping. El advise

Congrats ! No need to worry..They were in AOS

So No question of out of status in AOS whether they renew H4 or not.

Stav I dont think they check all that, they just ask for EAD,AP and your I-94 on passport along with the photos and approval letter. They will take those documents and stamp your passport. All the investigations would have already done while approval this is just a stamp to make it convient for you to go outside US.
