Passport Stamping with Courtesy Copy of approval letter

My I485 application was approved two weeks back and I received the courtesy copy of the approval letter at the same time. However, my lawyer has not received the official copy of the approval letter. I am thinking of going to Charlotte office for passport stamping with the courtesy copy.

Does anybody has experience of passport stamping with courtesy copy of the approval letter alone??? Any recommendations are welcomed….

Yes, you can definitely go with the courtesy copy!

I just stamped in San Antonio using the courtesy copy. So did MANY as indicated in this forum. Actually, goastros stamped with USCIS approval e-mail in Virginia.

Please read your copy carefully, you’ll see the following statement: “Please take this notice….” Correct?

I got the stamping done yesterday using the courtesy copy.
