Passport stamping questions

I have a few questions on passport stamping.
1)In my 485 approval letter, it says that I should go to Baltimore office between 8 and 10 AM. Can I book an appointment in Baltimore through Infopass and go at the appointed time?
2)Lawyer has asked me to take an employment letter which I dont have. I have the most recent paystub. Is the employment letter necessary?
3)The approval letter states that I should bring Arrival/Deprarture card, I-94 card etc. separately. Are'nt these two the same?
4) Per the BCIS web-site, it seems that the 3/4 frontal photograph standard for GC is now changed to Full Frontal photograph. So for passport stamping should we take the old format photo or full frontal photo.

Thanks very much for your response.

Do not worry about letter from employer. This is required for interview
not for stamping.
If you are residng in the same area you better go there. If you are residing
in different state / area and if you have ID to that effect you can go
to that INS service center.
Photo you better take as per there letter. Go to Costco they know what
INS requires.
Arrival letters are: I-94 and there are no departure letters.
Apart from what ever they mentioned in approval letter you have to
take what ever old and new Advance Paroles and EADs.
To list:
1. Approval letter
2. Passport along with I-94s
3. Driver ID
4. Photos - 2 Nos.
5. old and new Advance Paroles and EADs
Good luck

USCIS will Accept both three quarter and full frontal(Passport style) photographs until Sept 1 2004 after which only full frontal color(Passport style) will be accepted.

If you have AAA member ship, go to any location you will get both photyos for $4.50 with good Quality. If you have AAAplus membership they are free.

I have AAA membership, where should I go to get photos, to nearest AAA's Office, do they have this facility, what should I ask them.

Thanks
