Can somebody go to his Local INS office for the passpost stamping in the different state? what does the approval notice say?
I know that one can do the FP in his local INS office other than the specified in the FP notice. Does this apply to the Passport Staming as well? I am worried because my lawyer has specified the company HQ address in the 485 application so all the receipt goes there.
