Passport Stamping question

My I485 case was just approved in VSC. The case was originally filed from New Jersey. I recently took a new job in west coast. Do I have to go back to Newark to get the passport stamped, or I can do it in my current local INS office?

I have been to Philadelphia USCIS office to get passport stamping on 06/29/05. Officer there refused to give me the stamping saying that I should go Newark office since I live in New Jersey. She also said I don't have to go for stamping if I receive the card from USCIS.
 
I won't do that,

coz at this stage doesn't make sense to get to some other ASC and get into new trouble. Just go where you applied and have peace of mind.
