We had our passports stamped in San Antonio yesterday. Arrived at the INS building at 7:15 AM. We were let into the building at 7:30 AM. Security checks like in Airports (X-Ray for small bags, metal detector). Stood in a line for about 5 mins to a get our numbers. Windows opened at 8:00 AM. We were the second family for passport stamping. Had our turns shortly thereafter. IIO did not want the original attorney copy approval. She took only the courtesy copy. She gave me my AP and EAD cards back. We (three of us) were out of the building at 8:30 AM. Standard statement from IIO--4 to 10 months for the plastic card to arrive.
