Can anyone share recent experience in passport stamping in Minneapolis Local INS office? I am waiting for approval in mail.
Also in the approval notice, do they specify the INS which office to go for Stamping. (since I had recent address change, I am asking this? or Is it okay to go to the local office of your choice?
