Hi guys,
Another Major Step toward the final thing....
First of all I want to thank all...
Now my experience at Arlington (VA):
Reached office in the morning around 6:20 am. Good I carried an umbrella (check weather before going...). Office opened at 7:30 approximately every one went to room 210 (IIO waiting room).
Stood in line for almost 40 minutes (8:15 am) before getting the token (same as at any DMV).
Again after some wait approx (1 hour 15 minutes) saw my number being called. Took less than 10 minutes to get it stamped, was out of the office at 9:41 am.
The only thing which does not match with other is "the officer told me that it will take 6 months to an year to get the CARD"
Another TIP for guys who search for parking... If you are going with your wife... Drop her at the office and go straight on Fairfax dr. --- after Quest building (less than 100 meters) take right on N Stuart RD (RD or DR) --- at end you will see Mall --- Take left and after 50 feet or so you will see garage parking on the right ($1.00 for 3 hours)...
Good part of parking there is after stamping you can eat something at the food court at the Mall... as you cannot take any eatable inside the building and by the time you are done you are starving... you don't realize when you are in the building as you are waiting for the golden moment....
