Was at the INS office at about 10:00a (office opens at 7:30a) on 3/12/2003. Had to wait for about two hours (out of the office) before I was let in. After I got in, it took us about 15 min.
Also, my wife goes to school out of state and hence her contact details were different from mine. INS had asked her to get her passport stamped in that state. When I presented her approval form at Denver, the lady at the counter didn't object (maybe she didn't notice that the different was address OR maybe it doesn't matter).
