Hello
I have received my 485 approval letter from my attorney yesterday and completed passport stamping today morning at Sanfrancisco INS. It went very well. Though the approval letter mentioned to take an appointment before going to INS office, I went without an appointment to take my chances. We reached INS at 8:00AM, drop of our approval letters in the window which is kept for this purposes, after five minutes a lady came to us to verify and collect all the documents(travel, passports, AD, I-94, photos), took our signatures and index finger print. after 15 minutes, the immigration officer arrived, gave back our passports and said sorry for keep us waiting(though we feel no waiting at all) and wished good luck. that\'s it. we were out by 8:30AM with our passports.
