I did passport stamping today at Houston, North point. No problems. Took one appointment for me and my wife. I saw people were in line who didnt have Info pass but guard was giving them appointment. So if its really urgent you can still go there but waiting might be around 4-6 hours.
My appointment was at 7:00, we were out of building at 7:15. I have to travel outside of the country on nov.
I hope no problem while entering into us using ADIT stamp.
