Passport Stamping at INS San Jose

Hi All,
I got my passport stamped at INS San Jose on 4/3/01. I was there on 4/2/01 at 4:00 a.m. and at 9:45am when I was exactly 4 positions behind the door was told that there are no more tokens for that day.
Today I went there at 2:00 a.m. and was about 250 in the line.. Got in at 8:30 a.m. and got out at noon-ish.
The actual stamping itself was easy.

Seems like the crowd is really large due to the expiring 245 rule. May be in May it will ease. Bu teven then, mondays are bad to go there.

San Jose office seems to be getting worse and worse. I hope they
could do something to improve the situation before it turns into
another LA-like office. It should not be too difficult for them to
separate out the crowd according to case types.
