Passport stamping at Charlotte office

I just got my 485 approval notice in mail. I went online to get infopass. I got the appointment for myself but then system did not let me make another appointment for my wife. I was told to wait for 30 minutes.
I then went back after 30 minutes and now every appointment on that day is given out!!

My question is can my wife come with me even if she does not ave infopass appointment??
I live 300 miles from Charlotte so I am trying to avoid two trips.

Also, does anyone know if Charlotte office (at Tyvola Center Drive) is open on Saturdays for passport stamping??

In one of the threads here I read that one appointment is enough for a family.

If you are going to the charlotte office then you HAVE to take individual appointments. If you have only one then you'll have to wait till all the people with appointments are done and then your turn will come (sometime in the afternoon). If you have time then you can do that if not take an appointment and then take an another one for the same day from a different computer, or try clearing your cookies and before trying for the second appointment.
