Passport Stamping-- Arlington- Anybody who went recently??

What is the latest (time) one can go to the Arlington office and still get his stamping done. I see posting here telling people go at 5-5.30 am and stand outside.
The reason I am asking is I have a small kid and do not want to sand in the open in this cold unless very necessary.
Any information regarding this would be appreciated.

if your approval notice says time, then go at that time

Early morning time is only for walk-in\'s. If you have appt, you don\'t have to go early, just go 10 mins before the appt time.

You can do like this.

Have your spouse to drop you at INS office around 5.30 Am and let your spouse join you back between 7.00-7.30 AM along with your kid.

The advanatage is;there is a parking lot ( next to ins bldg) and they open at 7.00 am.

this all work only if you are within drivable distance.
