Passport stamping and resignation

Hi,

After how many days of PP Stamping shall it be advisable to resign from blood sucking "DESI" consulting company?

:)

If you got another job then ask your Desi employer to pay all your past dues (bench salary for all the previous bench periods).
If you are never on bench or he always paid you on bench, then demand him to pay you the salary mentioned in LC. If your current salary is equal to or higher than the one mentioned in LC,
then why do you want to leave the company in a hurry ? Wait for 6 months.
I hope that this answers your question

Why Resign?

Friends,

Thanks for your replies. My employer is not paying me as mentioned in LC and also I don't feel any growth while working with him as a consultant. I do not get any paid vacations , no medical days and very less hourly rate ( even though I was on H1 , I was getting paid Hourly)

But all in all I am happy that I am no more a "bonded labor" and I feel I have bright future in front of me.

Once again , thanks to all of you.

Usually people say it's safe to work for at least 6 months before changing the jobs as it shows 'Intent to work for the company' at the time of citizenship interview. If your company agrees for your leaving, try to take a layoff letter from your current employer, so that at least you can show you have every intent to work for that company, but they laid you off.
