Passport Stamped

My case is processed from Vermont Service Center. Because I am in Denver, I got my passport stamped from Denver's INS Office.

RD: 2/04/02
FP: 6/14/02
AD: 9/02/03
Stamping: 9/08/03
Plastic card: ??

How long does it take for plastic card?
