Summary : Pretty boring 3 hour process.
Lesson : Do\'nt do it on Monday.
Went leisurely around 10 and reached BART Montgomery station. Exit Sansome&Sutter gate and walked 6 blocks along Sansome. Entrance to INS from Sansome has been blocked due to some construction. There is a big queue (general information line) along the Washington Ave. I showed the guard the approval notice and he asked me to wait in front of the gate. After few minutes he let me in. I took the queue to interviews/appointments and got to the second floor.
rest of the story is pretty much along the lines from other experience. the officer was always in a hurry. Took one hour to get the first call. Handed the passport, photos, signed and thumb printed. Took another hour to get the passport back.
Its all practically over... No looking back to INS again (god bless me get plastic w/o problem)
