Got our passports stamped yesterday. We went around
5.30 AM in the morning and there were about 250 people
ahead of us. We got the token around 9 AM and as per
the token no. there were 60 people ahead of us. Got
the passport stamped around 2 PM in the afternoon.
The officer was very polite and it took about 3 min.
for us the get the stamp after our numbers were called.
The officer told us that it will
take about 8 to 12 months to get the card but could be
sooner than that.

Here are the case details (have already posted last week)

PD Jan 14th 1998
485 RD 03/05/01
485 ND 03/27/01
FP 10/19/01 (but gave FP 2 months before this date)
485 AD 11/07/01

I am not in ciba\'s list. Will be looking at messages in this forum and
will be happy to answer questions.

Thanks

Guess it depends. Yesterday was really crowded
because Monday was a holiday for INS. In my opinion,
if you go around 3 AM, you will be able to get out quickly.

Again it depends and I heard from one of my friends who went
last week to San Jose INS around 6.30 AM and was out
by 10 AM or so. But definitely going at 3 AM will make your
wait shorter after they open the counters.

Make sure that you go with lots of warm cloths and a chair. (we
did not go prepared and it was very tough to stand the cold).
