passport stamped in Newark

We have our passport stamped this morning at Newark INS office.
We got there around 7:50am. The entrance is at the back of the
building on Orchard St. We waited outside for about 10 minutes.
After we got in the building, we were first directed to room 137,
where we waited for about 40 minutes. The officer took our I-94, EAD,
and fingerprint, gave us two tickets and sent us to room 135.
There were about 40 people ahead of us when we entered the room
and the estimated waiting time on the ticket was 1 hour 30 minutes.
The actual time it took was only 45 minutes. We were out of the door
around 9:25am. So it seems that you don\'t really have to go there
very early.

  We didn\'t ask and she didn\'t tell us when the actual
card will come, but I assume it should take less than
6 months.

Did they only ask for I94, 2 photos, approval notice and passport? Any other things they were asking?

They didn\'t really ask for anything. I just gave them
my I94, 2 photos, EAD, approval notice and passport.

Was there a separate line/entrance outside building for stamping ONLY?
I noticed that all stampings happened on Wednesdays at Newark. Is it the ONLY day
you can go? How long did it take from hearing approval message to receiving the
approval notice? Thanks.

The notice itself says you have to go there on Wednesday. So I think they wont allow you on other days. I just recvd. Curtosy notice. I will inform once I go for stamping.

There are at least two lines outside the building. But only the
stamping line has the entrance on Orchard St. So you shouldn\'t
have any problem finding it.

My notice says that I should go on Wednesday. I don\'t know about
other people\'s notice.

The message said that I was approved on Aug. 22nd and the notice
was sent the same day. I got it on Aug. 26th.

Can you please advise me, if they did ask you to give all Old
I94\'s including the one first when you entered in this country?
or latest one which has got valid I94?

They won\'t and they cannot ask for that, Since You are supposed to hand over the same every time you go out of country. At any given point og time you are supposed to have only one I-94 with you.
