Passport Stamped in Dallas

Took Infopass appointment. Got slot for today (8.30 am) finally.

The counter lady collected my 3 ead's. Cut them with scissors . Scribbled my visa in the passport with pen .Took my two Photos and stabbled 7-8 places.

Finally stamped in visa (Stamping means four lines written statement.....no official Emblem), stating that "Temporary Permanent Evidence valid until oct-2005".

No USA Goverment seal.

I am wondering "Is it normal?".

She said that, wait for 6-8 months to get Green Card.

USA means...wait always
