In 10:15am; Out: 3:00pm.

The rest was routine. No question asked. Was told that the physical card takes 12 - 18 months.

The thing is that there was nothing to be detailed. In my case, we got there at 10:15 am. It took us 45 minutes' of waitting to get the ticket. Then there was wait, endless, hopeless wait. There are ten windows in the office, however, at any given time, there are at most three windows open. Our number were called around 2:45pm. After finger print, which was one minute process, the officer stamped our passport.

I guess, my overall experience is the immigration officer will be very nice and patient if you are patient enough.

Unless this is the detail you wanted:

RD 10/01
ND 11/01
1st FP 02/02
RFE 01/03 for employment
2nd FP 11/03
3rd FP 01/04
AD 02/04/04

3rd Fingerprint!

Hi QQZHAO

Can you tell me when did you get 3rd fingerprint notice?
And also after how long did you recieve your interview letter?

I got 3rd Fingerprint notice from Chicago USCIS today.
As i got 2nd Fingerprint notice in Aug 2003.

I didn't get notice for my wife for 3rd finger print.

Can you share some of your experience relating to this?

thanks

Same experience here.

Arrived at Chicago office at 7:45am, after endless waiting, out 1:30pm. I was told it takes 6 months or more for the plastic card.

Stamped in Nov 2003.
