I went to Newark office on Nov. 8th for passport stamping with only the approval e-mail from USCIS.
The original approval letter was sent to me 2 months ago but was returned to USCIS due to a temporary mail forwarding service I had during that time. I had made two inquiries to let them resend the letter. Till now I still don't receive that letter. Therefore, I decided to go to Newark to have my passport stamped without that letter. Luckily, I got the passport stamped but they didn't take photo pictures from me. The officer said I still need to wait for the approval letter from Vermont, and the Vermont center should tell me how to get my photo pictures taken.
Does anyone have any idea how I will get my plastic card order processed with my new photos?
