Passport Stamped but Card not recd

Our I-485 (me and my wife's) got approved on Oct 25, 2004 and we got our passports stamped on Nov 18th. Our dates on the case numbers show a date change to Nov 19th. Does the status change and an email is sent out when the card order is done? We have not had any status changes yet.
 
Thanks for the reply. Is it normal that the card has not been ordered for 3 weeks since the passport was stamped?
 
There is no time line with TSC. Sometimes it takes few days to order and sometimes it take few weeks.

we took the approval notices (797) recd from INS, all I-94, Passport,
and driving lic.
This is enough for pp stamping
But if needed you can also take all EADs, APs

Its always good to take your EADs and APs with you. You also need to take two front photos and print your name and A# on the back side using pencil. Its very simple and straight forward process so there is no need to be nervous.
