I got my courtesy copy yesterday. I was prepared with 2 set of photographs and went to SFO for stamping. That was what was mentioned in my approval notice.
Ciba\'s immigration tracking site for CA was a great help on personal experiences for passport stamping in SFO. Went early, reached at 7:50 a.m., entered from Sansome Street entrance, found parking at Sansome street very easily at that hour. Dropped our approval notices through the slot in room 200B , which was immediately picked up and my wife and I were called to submit Passport, I-94, all EAD/AP notices, our signatures and right index print was taken and we were called at 8:20 a.m. and were done stamping. All in less than half an hour. Took time to visit Fisherman\'s wharf and take a break for a couple of hours. Returned to Fremont, and went directly to SS office and applied for our replacement card. She took a copy of our passport stamp.
Hope this information helps those in CA. I\'ll try to answer any questions.
