Hi every one !
I just want to share the passport stamping experience at Philly INS.
It was a very smooth process. The immigration officer was extremely polite.
I got there at 7:30 A.M. and was called for my turn at 10:30.
The documents I presented were:
1. Curtesy copy of I-485 Approval notice
2. 2 passport photos
3. previous and current EADs
4. previous and current Advance Parole Docs
5. All I-94 cards.

I was told that the plastic card will arrive in 6-12 months but Vermont is pretty good in that so I may receive it sooner.
It was a total of 2.5 years of approval process for me for EB2 category.

I wish Good luck to all of those waiting.
Your turn will come very soon.

Friends,
Please help me out here. I read in this post that you need previous and current EAD card and also previous and current Advance Parole. I don\'t have previous EAD cards or AP. I had destroyed them when I got the new ones. What can I do in such a situation when(if) I get the 485 approval.

Regards,

I don\'t think there was any requirement from the immigration officer there. I just handed over every thing I had and I saw her stapling every thing together with my I-55 form. You can hand in only the current documents, but you must have a current I-94 which every body has, 2 passport photos and some document to prove your legal status, in my case it was my EAD.
