Passport Stamped after Interview - Yahooooooooo

Me and my wife had our interview today and the passport was stamped subsequently. I have been approved at last. Thanks a lot folks. This site and the forums have been very informative.

1. Documents requested for the interview.
2. Questions asked in interview
3. Documents reviewed in the interview.

Did the interview letter ask you to bring photographs ? Also did they stamp your passport right after the interview ?

Documents requested to be available for interview

1) Copy of W-2 and tax returns from 1999 to 2001
2) I-94 and Passport
3) Affidavit of Support
4) All INS related documents
5) Letter of employment

Interview Process
First took our finger prints and signature

Interview details
1) Wanted current letter of employment
2) Wanted all the I-129 (Application for extension for Visas) - One of the I-129 was missing from their file. This was necessary to ensure that we were not out of status during our stay in US.
3) Wanted 2001 Tax return - (to prove that we were the parents of my two sons who were born here - I forgot to take their Birth certificates, Passport was not good enough document)
4) Wanted our photographs as the one in their file was not good enough. Took our new prints and retured us the old one.
5) Stamped our passports and took our EADs as these were now useless.

The entire interview took 10-15 minutes. The lady officer was very courteous and professional and took only the documents that were necessary.

Did not ask for affidavit or anything else

Yes the interview letter asked us to bring the phographs. We took 2 photoes of each person.

The officer stamped the passports after the interview.

Though me and my wife had separate appointment times, the officer called both of us together. We went along with our kids to the interview.
