Passport stamp questions

1. Since they have take away the I94 after stamping the passport, will there be problem at the airport, when I am travelling outside the country ?
2. Is it OK travel outside US with just the passport stamp and no card ? What kind of documents you need to have when returning back to US ?

It is absolutely OK to travel just with the passport stamp. And secondly, you are now a permanent resident, so forget about i-94\'s man. You do not need any more of those.
